Powers and Licensing

PJSC "Company "PRESTIGE" carries out its activities in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, particularly the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance" No. 1909-IX dated November 18, 2021.

Conducting marketing, advertising, and other activities aimed at concluding insurance contracts, including providing information about the terms of the insurance contract, comparative analysis, and consulting.
Providing proposals and consultations to clients regarding the conclusion of insurance contracts, as well as other preparatory work.
Concluding and amending insurance contracts, including involvement in assessing insurance risk and processing documents for paying insurance premiums.
Receiving insurance premiums from the client and subsequently transferring them to the Insurer.
Timely processing of necessary documents for organizing insurance payments and other activities related to the settlement of an insured event.
Receiving insurance payments from the Insurer and subsequently transferring them to the client.
