Mandatory liability insurance of dog owners for damage that may be caused to third parties is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 944 of July 9, 2002, the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Regulation of Handling Issues" with dogs of potentially dangerous breeds" and the approved list of dangerous dog breeds, which was introduced with changes to the Procedure and rules for mandatory liability insurance of dog owners for damage that may be caused by them.
The insurance contract of the "PRESTIGE" Insurance Company provides that dog owners will be able to guarantee and timely compensate for damage that may be caused to third parties and their property.
