Requirements:
- higher education (economics, law);
- work experience in the field of insurance or managerial work in state authorities;

- negotiation, preparation and presentation skills;
- PC knowledge;
- systematic approach to work;
- result orientation, purposefulness, activity, decency, sociability.
Preferably:
- active sales experience;
- knowledge of the rules and norms of current legislation in the field of insurance;
- availability of sales channels, client base, insurance portfolio.
Duties:
- organization of high-quality, effective work of the directorate;
- implementation of insurance product sales plans;
- development of sales channels;
- participation in the Company's projects, including participation in the health insurance development project.
