In compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment"

This type of insurance is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance", the Rules of Voluntary Third-Party Liability Insurance (other than those provided for in Clauses 12-14 of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance") as of September 30, 2022, approved by the order of the Chairman of the Board PJSC "IC "PRESTIZH" and perpetual license of the National Financial Services Commission of Ukraine, series AE No. 190442 dated November 8, 2012.

The insurance amount is established by agreement of the parties.

Contract price: UAH 2,000.00.  (0,2% of the sum insured)

Insurance conditions:

·         the insurance amount under the contract is UAH 1,000,000.00;
·         the insurance tariff is 0.2%;
·         the term of the contract is 1 year;
·         franchise 0%;
·         drawing up an insurance contract in 30-40 minutes..

Insurance risks under the compulsory professional liability insurance contract are the action or inaction of the designated conformity assessment bodies, committed during their performance of conformity assessment tasks during the period of validity of the compulsory insurance contract and as a result of which damage may be caused to third parties.
