Property interests that do not conflict with the law, related to the life, health and working capacity of the Insured person, as a result of an acute respiratory disease of COVID-19, first diagnosed during the period of validity of the insurance contract, requiring inpatient treatment in a hospital..

Who can be the Insured?

Legal entities regardless of the form of ownership.

Who can be an Insured Person?

Citizens under the age of 70, with the exception of:

• persons who are recognized as incapacitated in accordance with the established procedure;
• persons who have the status of persons with disabilities of the I and II groups and persons with disabilities since childhood;
• HIV-infected persons (AIDS patients);
• persons suffering from insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus;
• persons who have or had malignant neoplasms of any location, including malignant blood diseases;
• persons who are registered in narcological, psychoneurological centers, tuberculosis and (or) skin and venereology specialized dispensaries; patients with alcoholism, drug addiction, drug addiction;
• persons who suffer or have suffered from the following diseases: chronic circulatory failure, starting from stage IIV and above; hepatitis C, liver cirrhosis; chronic renal failure of the II degree and higher; encephalitis, multiple sclerosis; epilepsy, parkinsonism, schizophrenia; Bekhterev's disease, systemic lupus erythematosus.

Insurance risks:

• death due to a disease due to COVID-19, first diagnosed during the period of validity of the contract;

   

• a disease of COVID-19, diagnosed for the first time during the period of validity of the contract, which requires inpatient treatment in a hospital - payment upon the fact of treatment. 

What is the sum insured?

In case of death - UAH 25,000.00.

In the case of inpatient treatment - up to UAH 5,000.00.
  

How much is the insurance contract?

UAH 500.00

For what period can an insurance contract be concluded?

1 year (365 days).

The territory of the agreement?

Ukraine, with the exception of the territories of anti-terrorist operations and operations of the United Forces.
