Head of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance Andriy Butenko expressed gratitude to the Chairman of the Board of Prestige Insurance Company Yevhenii Brydun for his significant contribution to the development of the quality system of higher education in Ukraine.

The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance is authorized by the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" No. 38 of July 1, 2014, an executive body that ensures state policy in the field of higher education quality assurance. The quality of higher education is a requirement of modernity, a key principle of the Bologna Declaration and an indisputable priority for the academic community and the state educational policy of Europe and other developed countries of the world. The Agency performs regulatory and control functions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, replaced the Higher Attestation Commission and the State Accreditation Commission.

National Agency – works on the principle of European institutions and is a collegial body where specialists from different academic environments are gathered. They are called upon to make decisions on licensing and accreditation examination, on the basis of which licenses and certificates of accreditation of institutes, higher educational institutions, specialized academic councils are issued and have the authority to award academic degrees.

Yevhenii Brydun, Chairman of the Board of Prestige Insurance Company, is a representative of employers in the sectoral expert council "Management and Administration" in accordance with the minutes No. 2 of the competition commission dated August 28, 2019.
