Prestige Insurance Company continues to strengthen cooperation with higher education – today students of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy have undergone training and production practice in the structural subdivisions of the company.

Insurance company "PRESTIGE" for many years acts as a base of practice for students of Ukrainian higher education institutions. In the company, young people under the guidance of practice mentors from the insurer get acquainted with the work of the insurance company, as well as all departments, departments and their functional responsibilities, study the organizational structure of the company.

Students, as future specialists, determine the strategic directions of each department, analyze the financial indicators of the insurance company. Each head of practice from the Prestige Insurance Company organizes the practice of the students assigned to him, acquaints him with the organization of work at specific workplaces, controls the work of trainees.

For their part, managers help students correctly perform all tasks in the workplace, advise on production issues, control diaries, prepare reports and compile characteristics for students-trainees that contain data on the implementation of practice programs and individual tasks, students' attitude to work.

"The average age of employees in Prestige Insurance Company is 37 years. That says a lot. We create the first jobs for young people, give them growth prospects, interesting, promising jobs and earnings. We pay considerable attention to training and closely cooperate with higher education institutions. Together we have created an effective system of targeted training of specialists in both economic and technical specialties", - said Yevhenii Brydun, Chairman of the Board of Prestige Insurance Company.

Currently, Chairman of the Board Yevhenii Brydun pays great attention to supporting national education and is a member of the Sectoral Expert Council 07 "Management and Administration" from employers at the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and Associate Professor of the Department of Finance at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

"Support of educational programs, training of young specialists is one of the personnel priorities of Prestige Insurance Company. We have big tasks in terms of personnel reserve.
