Private joint-stock “Insurance Company “PRESTIGE” increase  authorized capital by issuing additional shares in the amount of 27,000 shares for the total amount of UAH 27.0 million. As of November 23, 2023, the authorized capital of the company is UAH 49.0 million.

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission, by decision No. 1429 dated December 20, 2023, approved the report on the results of the issue of shares and issued the Certificate of Registration of the Issue of Shares of the Private Joint-Stock “Insurance Company “PRESTIGE”.

The procedure for the additional issue of shares of the existing nominal value at the expense of additional contributions and the preparation of all regulatory and legal documents took place in the period from August to December 2023.

The company's shareholders, despite the war, recapitalized the company in accordance with the new Law of Ukraine "On Insurance" No. 1909-IX, dated 05.06.2023, which will be implemented from 01.01.2024.

As of the interim date of November 14, 2023, the company's insurance reserves amounted to UAH 15,140.5 thousand, company assets - UAH 111,967.2 thousand, equity - UAH 86,827.1 thousand. The actual reserve of solvency is UAH 86,394.4 thousand and exceeds the standard by 5.91 times, which allows the Company to fulfill all its obligations to clients on time and in full.

Currently, the regional network of the Insurance Company “PRESTIGE” consists of one directorate (in the Zakarpattia region), one branch (in the city of Boyarka, Kyiv region), four sales points (in the cities of Bershad, Lutsk, Tyachiv and Kherson) and about 54 sales agents. located in the regional centers of Ukraine, providing a full range of insurance services to legal entities and individuals.
