The «PRESTIGE» Insurance Company provides insurance services taking into account the current security situation, curfew rules, and compliance with air alarm regulations. The company fulfills its obligations under the concluded contracts in accordance with their terms.

According to the results of insurance activity in 2023, the volume of insurance premiums of the «PRESTIGE» Insurance Company amounted to: UAH 98.89 million, through the partner channel the Company collected UAH 15.3 million, which is a total of UAH 114.18 million. Paid insurance compensation for 2023 amounted to UAH 16.68 million, the level of payments is 16.87%.

The structure of the Company's insurance portfolio according to the results of 2023 is as follows: property insurance accounts for 53.97%, liability insurance - 11.43%, cargo insurance - 15.77%, personal insurance - 0.43%, inbound reinsurance - 2, 74%, other types of insurance 2.27%, through the intermediary channel: insurance - OSCPV 11.11%, Green card - 1.92% and Casco - 0.37%.

Through the partner sales channel, the Company implements policies of compulsory civil liability insurance of owners of land vehicles (CCLI), land transport insurance (auto-CASCO), policies of the International Automobile Insurance System "Green Card", and also concludes contracts of other types of insurance. Thus, the amount of insurance premiums for the policies sold by the Prestige Insurance Company as an intermediary for 2023 is UAH 15.30 million, including, from the Social Insurance Institution - UAH 12.68 million or 9.6 thousand policies (in 2022 . - 8.20 million UAH or 7.7 thousand policies), of which for electronic policies - 11.07 million UAH, more than 7.8 thousand policies, or 87.3% of the total number of concluded contracts of the Social Insurance Institution, "Green Card » - UAH 2.19 million or 627 policies, auto CASCO – UAH 420.73 thousand.

The company is focused on working with legal entities. By policyholder status, 78.54% of insurance premiums are paid by legal entities, 4.09% by reinsurers, and the remaining 17.37% by individuals.

The Company's insurance reserves amounted to UAH 10,554.8 thousand, the company's assets - UAH 103,519.3 thousand, equity - UAH 78,732.8 thousand, the company's registered authorized capital is UAH 49,000.0 thousand and meets the requirements of the new Law of Ukraine "On Insurance". The actual reserve of solvency is UAH 78,302.6 thousand and exceeds the standard by 5.63 times, which allows the Company to fulfill all its obligations to clients on time and in full.

The insurance company «PRESTIGE» was established in 2012, the company's shareholders are natural persons, citizens of Ukraine, the ownership structure is transparent, it has 14 licenses for the implementation of voluntary and 11 licenses for the implementation of mandatory types of insurance, and offers clients a wide range of insurance services.

Currently, the regional network of the «PRESTIGE» Insurance Company consists of one directorate (in the Zakarpattia region), one branch (in the city of Boyarka, Kyiv region), four sales points (in the cities of Bershad, Lutsk, Tyachiv and Kherson) and about 54 sales agents. located in the regional centers of Ukraine, providing a full range of insurance services to legal entities and individuals.
