In April 2024, the "PRESTIGE" insurance company made insurance indemnity payments under the Voluntary Insurance Contracts for the financial risk of non-fulfilment or improper fulfillment by the insured of the requirements of the tender documentation in the amount of UAH 84,394.60.

The insurance indemnity was paid to the Service for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure in the Kharkiv Region, which is the Beneficiary under the Insurance Contract, within 5 working days from the moment of receipt of a written demand about the occurrence of an insured event at the risk of non-delivery by the Insured, who became the winner of the bidding, within the period specified in the second paragraph part three of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", documents confirming the absence of grounds provided for in Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", in accordance with the requirements of tender documentation for procurement.
