An extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Private Joint-Stock Company "Insurance Company "PRESTIGE", held on February 25, 2025, resolved to change the company's name from PRIVATE JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "INSURANCE COMPANY "PRESTIGE" to PRIVATE JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "COMPANY "PRESTIGE" (abbreviated as PrJSC "Company "PRESTIGE").

PrJSC "Company "PRESTIGE" has undertaken all necessary measures for the state registration of changes to the information about the legal entity contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations, ¹ including amendments to the Company's Charter.  

The Company has changed its types of activities. Specifically, the primary activity of PrJSC "Company "PRESTIGE" is the activity of insurance agents and brokers (NACE 66.22).

PrJSC "Company "PRESTIGE" conducts intermediary activities as an insurance agent and provides intermediary services in the field of insurance on behalf of and in the interests of insurance companies in Ukraine.

The Company's shareholders are individuals who are citizens of Ukraine, and the Company's ownership structure is transparent. The Company has separate subdivisions in Uzhhorod, Zakarpattia Oblast, and in Boyarka, Kyiv Oblast, as well as representatives in Bershad and Kremenchuk.
