On April 26, 2025, Chairman of the Board of “PRESTIGE” Company, Yevhenii Brydun, spoke at the 18th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Economic Growth Conditions in Market Economy Countries”, held at the Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav. He also took part in a roundtable discussion with local employers on the topic: “What Kind of Business Education Does Kyiv Region Need?”

The event brought together a broad audience — from academic representatives to business leaders from the Kyiv region — enabling a comprehensive discussion of sustainable development prospects in today’s conditions.

During the conference, the Chairman of “PRESTIGE” presented innovative approaches to automating financial monitoring, developed jointly with the Institute of Financial Solutions. His presentation focused on risk management, regulatory compliance, and the integration of digital technologies in financial institutions.

The system includes a set of tools that automate financial monitoring processes — from screening clients and counterparties against international sanctions lists to automated report generation and integration with other information systems. The implementation results confirm that these tools significantly enhance financial control efficiency, reduce staff workload, and ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine.

During the roundtable, Yevhenii Brydun also gave a presentation on the development of business education in Kyiv region. He shared his experience in professional training, emphasizing the importance of HR management and self-preparation of personnel. He stressed the need to educate specialists with digital skills, analytical thinking, and an understanding of financial security principles. He noted:

“If we want to have ready specialists, we need to start training them 3–4 years before they graduate from university. This is related to the development of higher education institutions, the COVID-19 pandemic, and martial law — as students begin working in their 2nd or 3rd year of the bachelor’s program.”
