On April 30, 2025, Chairman of the Board of “PRESTIGE” Company Yevhenii Brydun took part in the 5th Scientific and Practical Forum "Digital Transformation of the Financial Sector," organized by the State Tax University. During the event, he delivered a presentation on the topic: "Automation of Financial Monitoring in Financial Institutions."

In his presentation, Yevhenii Brydun emphasized the historical aspects of financial monitoring and it’s importance, proper customer due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of business relationships — key requirements under Ukrainian legislation. Special attention was given to the software module  π-finance, developed by “PRESTIGE” in collaboration with the Institute of Financial Solutions. Its functional capabilities include:

• screening new and existing clients against sanctions lists, links to russia, the republic of belarus, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and their associates;
• generating standard questionnaires for individuals and legal entities;
• automatically creating client profiles with assigned risk levels;
• generating reports, including those for submission to the National Bank of Ukraine;
• importing and exporting data from questionnaires;
• full compliance with current regulatory documents of Ukraine.

According to the Chairman, the advantages of financial monitoring automation include: significant time savings during inspections; reduced costs of integration with other information systems; and minimization of risks of fines and reputational damage.

Clients of LLC “Institute of Financial Solutions” https://ifs.in.ua/ua/ have successfully passed thematic inspections by the Regulator regarding financial monitoring compliance.
