The volume of insurance premiums for the Private Joint Stock Company "PRESTIGE Company" for the first half of 2025 amounted to UAH 10,306.7 thousand. The largest volumes of insurance premiums were generated by: voluntary property insurance – UAH 2,032.6 thousand, mandatory civil liability insurance for owners of land vehicles – UAH 5,947.1 thousand, and "Green Card" – UAH 903.2 thousand.

The structure of the Company's insurance portfolio for the results of H1 2025 is as follows: property insurance – 19.7%, mandatory civil liability insurance for owners of land vehicles – 57.7%, "Green Card" – 8.8%, liability insurance – 3.9%, motor-Hull (Casco) – 4.2%, personal and travel insurance – 5.8%. Such indicators demonstrate the diversification of the insurance portfolio and the Company's fulfillment of its strategic goals.

In the first half of 2025, PRESTIGE Company aligned its activity as an insurance intermediary with the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine "On Approval of the Regulation on the Authorization of Insurance Intermediaries and the Conditions for Carrying out Activities for the Sale of Insurance and/or Reinsurance Products" No. 2 dated January 03, 2025, as well as other regulatory legal documents. Another strategic task was the search for insurer partners with optimal insurance conditions for clients.

The Company carries out intermediary activity exclusively as an insurance agent and provides intermediary services in the insurance sector on behalf of and in the interests of leading insurance companies in Ukraine. PJSC "PRESTIGE Company" offers clients a wide range of insurance services across all classes of insurance on behalf of its insurer partners.

Financial indicators as of June 30, 2025: balance sheet total (total assets) – UAH 65,897 thousand, equity capital – UAH 59,490 thousand, profit – UAH 164.0 thousand.

The Company fulfills all its obligations to clients in a timely manner and in full.

PJSC "PRESTIGE Company," established in 2012, whose shareholders are individuals - citizens of Ukraine, offers clients a wide range of insurance services as an insurance intermediary.

Currently, PRESTIGE Company sells insurance services online through the company's website and a regional network consisting of the Head Office, one directorate (in Zakarpattia region), two branches (in Boyarka, Kyiv region, and Bershad, Vinnytsia region), a representative office in Kremenchuk, Poltava region, and approximately 20 sales agents located in regional centers of Ukraine, who provide a full range of insurance services to legal entities and individuals.
