YOUR ACTIONS IN THE EVENT OF AN INSURANCE EVENT (GUN OWNERS' LIABILITY)
1. To take all necessary and appropriate measures to prevent and reduce damage caused to the life, health and/or property of Third parties and to eliminate the causes contributing to the occurrence of additional damage.
2. Report the incident to the law enforcement authorities as soon as possible, as required by the circumstances and consequences of the incident.
3. Notify "PRESTIGE" Insurance Company about the occurrence of an event within 3 (three) days from the date of occurrence of such event, as well as about all events that may lead to the presentation of claims or the filing of a lawsuit regarding compensation for damage caused to third parties, and submit a written statement to the Insurance Company. If, for valid reasons, the Insured (Responsible Person) was unable to notify the Insurer of the occurrence of such an event within the prescribed period, he must document this and notify of the occurrence of the event within 3 (three) working days from the date of elimination of such reasons.
