YOUR ACTIONS IN THE EVENT OF AN INSURED EVENT (Responsibility of residents of apartments and houses)
1.Take all possible measures to save property and eliminate the causes of the incident, ensure the protection of damaged property, follow all instructions received from the Insurer. Ensure the preservation of the condition of items that can serve as material evidence of certain causes of an event that can be qualified as an insured event;
2. Immediately report the incident to the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, fire brigade and other bodies whose competence includes the elimination of the consequences of events specified in the Insurance Contract and investigation of the causes of their occurrence;
3. Inform Prestige Insurance Company by number 044-38-39-145 about the occurrence of the insured event in order to obtain qualified expert advice, namely within 2 (two) working days from the date of submission by a third party of a claim for compensation for damage caused, as well as about the commencement of actions of the competent authorities on the fact of damage (investigation, filing a claim or lawsuit, summons to court, etc.);
4. Provide the representative of the Insurer with the opportunity to inspect damaged property to find out the causes and amount of damage, as well as to ensure his participation in any commissions created to establish the causes and determine the amount of damage;
5. Provide all necessary documents stipulated by the Insurance Contract;
6. Do not recognize partially or fully property claims or lawsuits brought by third parties, and do not compensate for the damage caused, do not assume any obligations to settle such claims or claims without the written consent of the Insurer.
