The PRESTIGE insurance company received from the National Bank of Ukraine an Extract from the State Register of Financial Institutions on reissued licenses for insurance activities (direct insurance and incoming reinsurance) for 14 classes of insurance in accordance with updated legislation and regulatory acts.

Re-registration of licenses took place on the basis of Clause 17 of Chapter XV of the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance", Clause 7 of Annex 3 to Resolution No. 199 and on the basis of the Extract of the National Bank of Ukraine from the State Register of Financial Institutions (the date of entry into the State Register of Financial Institutions on re-issuance of the license is 22.04. 2024) regarding the list of financial services that can be provided by a non-banking financial institution PRIVATE JOINT STOCK COMPANY "PRESTIGE INSURANCE COMPANY", namely: "Insurance activities (direct insurance and inward reinsurance)".

As of December 31, 2023, the company's insurance premiums amounted to: UAH 98.89 million, insurance reimbursements: UAH 16.68 million, the level of payments is 16.87%, the company's insurance reserves amounted to UAH 10.56 million, the company's assets - 103.52 million UAH, equity capital - 78.74 million UAH, the registered authorized capital of the company is 49.00 million UAH and meets the requirements of the new Law of Ukraine "On Insurance". The actual reserve of solvency is UAH 78.31 million and exceeds the standard by 5.63 times, which allows the Company to fulfill all its obligations to clients on time and in full.

The insurance company "PRESTIGE" was established in 2012, the company's shareholders are natural persons, citizens of Ukraine, the ownership structure is transparent, it has 14 classes for direct insurance and incoming reinsurance, and offers clients a wide range of insurance services.

Currently, the regional network of the Prestige Insurance Company consists of one directorate (in the Zakarpattia region), one branch (in the city of Boyarka, Kyiv region), four sales points (in the cities of Bershad, Lutsk, Tyachiv and Kherson) and about 54 sales agents. located in the regional centers of Ukraine, providing a full range of insurance services to legal entities and individuals.
