YOUR ACTIONS IN THE EVENT OF AN INSURED EVENT (PROPERTY)

1. Take all necessary measures to save property and eliminate the causes of the incident, ensure the protection of damaged property and follow all instructions received from the Insurer. Ensure the preservation of the state of objects that can serve as material evidence of certain causes of the occurrence of an event that can be qualified as an insured event.

2. Immediately report the event to the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, fire brigade and other specialized bodies whose competence includes the elimination of consequences and investigation of the causes of events specified in the Insurance Contract.

3. Immediately call the information center of Prestige Insurance Company at 044-38-39-145 for registration of the insured event and obtaining qualified expert advice.

4. An event that can be qualified as an insured event must be executed by providing the Insurer with a written notice (the deadline for submitting a written notice is specified in the Insurance Contract).

5. Provide the representative of the Insurer with the opportunity to inspect damaged property to find out the causes and amount of damage, as well as ensure the participation of the representative of the Insurer in any commissions created to establish the causes and determine the amount of damage.

6. Provide all necessary documents stipulated by the Insurance Contract.

7. Notify the Insurer of all possible cases of compensation, return or restoration by third parties of damaged or destroyed property.

8. Provide all documents necessary for the Insurer to file a claim against persons guilty of the occurrence of the insured event (if any) in order to obtain compensation from them for the losses caused.
