YOUR ACTIONS IN THE EVENT OF AN INSURANCE EVENT (insurance for those traveling abroad)
1. Immediately call the nearest office of the Service (Assistance) company at the telephone numbers specified in the insurance contract and provide the following information:
- number of the insurance contract and its validity period;
- surname and first name of the insured person;
- the territory of the insurance contract;
- amount of insurance sum and insurance program;
- a description of what happened and the nature of the help needed;
- exact location of the insured person, contact phone number.
2. The service company will arrange medical or other necessary assistance and undertake to pay all costs.
3. If for objective reasons you were unable to contact the Service (Assistance) company within 24 hours after the occurrence of the insured event and paid the cost of the services yourself, you must necessarily agree on these costs with the service company (insurance company).
4. If you paid the cost of the provided services yourself (the cost of which was agreed with the service company), in order to receive insurance compensation, you must contact the insurance company and submit the necessary documents within 10 days from the date of return from the trip.
